PaddleOCR-VL-1.6, 영역 정제와 점진적 후속 학습으로 문서 파싱 성능 확장

We introduce PaddleOCR-VL-1.6, an upgraded compact document parsing model built upon PaddleOCR-VL-1.5. Although PaddleOCR-VL-1.5 establishes a strong 0.9B baseline, its remaining errors concentrate in under-optimized regions where model behavior is unstable, data coverage is sparse, or supervision is unreliable. Rather than expanding the training corpus indiscriminately, PaddleOCR-VL-1.6 introduces a region-aware data optimization framework that identifies weak regions from the previous model, applies targeted enhancement to these regions, and improves the reliability of supervision signals. It further adopts a progressive post-training recipe based on curated data selection and reinforcement learning, pushing model performance to a higher level through staged optimization. PaddleOCR-VL-1.6 achieves a new state-of-the-art score of 96.33% on OmniDocBench v1.6, demonstrates strong competitiveness against top-tier VLMs, and provides a practical post-training recipe for the PaddleOCR-VL se

Ultralytics YOLO26 공개: 통합형 실시간 End-to-End 비전 모델

Real-time vision demands models that are accurate, efficient, and simple to deploy across diverse hardware. The YOLO family has become widely deployed for this reason, yet most YOLO detectors still rely on non-maximum suppression at inference, carry heavy detection heads due to Distribution Focal Loss, require long training schedules, and can leave the smallest objects without positive label assignments. We present Ultralytics YOLO26, a unified real-time vision model family that addresses these limitations through coordinated architecture and training advances. YOLO26 uses a dual-head design for native NMS-free end-to-end inference and removes DFL entirely, yielding a lighter head with unconstrained regression range. Its training pipeline combines MuSGD, a hybrid Muon-SGD optimizer adapted from large language model training; Progressive Loss, which shifts supervision toward the inference-time head; and STAL, a label assignment strategy that guarantees positive coverage for small object

MiniCPM-o 4.5: Towards Real-Time Full-Duplex Omni-Modal Interaction

Recent progress in multimodal large language models (MLLMs) has brought AI capabilities from static offline data processing to real-time streaming interaction, yet they still remain far from human-level multimodal interaction. The key bottlenecks are no longer modality coverage or latency alone, but the interaction paradigm itself. First, perception and response are still separated into alternating phases, preventing models from incorporating new inputs for timely adjustment during generation. Second, most current models remain reactive, responding only to explicit user requests instead of acting proactively in the evolving multimodal environment. We present MiniCPM-o 4.5, our latest effort towards human-like multimodal interaction, which mitigates these gaps by real-time full-duplex omni-modal interaction. It can see, listen, and speak simultaneously in real-time, while also exhibiting proactive behaviors such as issuing reminders or comments based on its continuous understanding of t

COLLEAGUE.SKILL: 전문가 지식 증류 기반 자동 AI 스킬 생성

LLM agents are increasingly expected not only to complete isolated tasks, but also to carry bounded representations of human expertise, judgment, and interaction style. Building such person-grounded agents remains difficult because actionable knowledge associated with a person or role is usually embedded in heterogeneous traces rather than written as clean instructions. Existing memory and persona systems capture fragments of this evidence, while skill frameworks provide portable packaging formats; however, there is no end-to-end workflow for distilling these traces into inspectable, correctable, and agent-usable skills. We present an automated trace-to-skill distillation system for generating person-grounded AI skills via expert knowledge distillation. Given materials from a target person or role, COLLEAGUE.SKILL produces a versioned skill package with two coordinated tracks: a capability track for practices, mental models, and decision heuristics, and a bounded behavior track for com

Prime Agent: 스스로 개선하는 RLM 하니스

Language models are sequential processors, but long-horizon agency requires external information and computation beyond model weights and active context. Prime Agent is an open-source harness for long-horizon evaluation and coding-agent workflows. A persistent IPython REPL follows the Recursive Language Model abstraction for programmatic context processing and test-time compute, while Continual Harness preserves histories, memories, skills, prompts, and subagent specifications across trajectories. Recursive subagents coordinate through direct agent-to-agent communication, and the Agents View lets humans inspect and manage daemon-backed sessions. Prime Agent standardizes execution, recovery, verification, and resource accounting while leaving strategy construction to the model. This low-friction, expressive membrane prevents harness failures from becoming model failures and pushes measurement toward the model's true maximal underlying capability. AutoResearchClaw: 인간-AI 협업 기반 자기강화형 자율 연구

Automating scientific discovery requires more than generating papers from ideas. Real research is iterative: hypotheses are challenged from multiple perspectives, experiments fail and inform the next attempt, and lessons accumulate across cycles. Existing autonomous research systems often model this process as a linear pipeline: they rely on single-agent reasoning, stop when execution fails, and do not carry experience across runs. We present AutoResearchClaw, a multi-agent autonomous research pipeline built on five mechanisms: structured multi-agent debate for hypothesis generation and result analysis, a self-healing executor with a Pivot/Refine decision loop that transforms failures into information, verifiable result reporting that prevents fabricated numbers and hallucinated citations, human-in-the-loop collaboration with seven intervention modes spanning full autonomy to step-by-step oversight, and cross-run evolution that converts past mistakes into future safeguards. YuE2, 최고 수준 품질의 심볼릭·오디오 음악 생성 통합

Symbolic models make melody, harmony, rhythm, and form explicit but typically stop before a finished recording; audio models produce complete songs while leaving composition implicit. We introduce YuE2, which unifies symbolic and audio music generation at frontier quality through symbolic planning. A single AR-NAR Mixture-of-Transformers (MoT) first writes a readable score specifying melody and harmony, expands it into semantic music tokens, and realizes it as full-song audio. In comparisons using the same checkpoint, experts prefer symbolic planning for overall quality and musicality, with 49.3% of overall preferences versus 34.6% without planning. Experts also favor the unified model over a separate language model and diffusion Transformer. On WildSongBench, YuE2 scores 6.73 on SongBench Global Avg, exceeding all evaluated public baselines. ARIS: Autonomous Research via Adversarial Multi-Agent Collaboration

This report describes ARIS (Auto-Research-in-sleep), an open-source research harness for autonomous research, including its architecture, assurance mechanisms, and early deployment experience. The performance of agent systems built on LLMs depends on both the model weights and the harness around them, which governs what information to store, retrieve, and present to the model. For long-horizon research workflows, the central failure mode is not a visible breakdown but a plausible unsupported success: a long-running agent can produce claims whose evidential support is incomplete, misreported, or silently inherited from the executor's framing. Therefore, we present ARIS as a research harness that coordinates machine-learning research workflows through cross-model adversarial collaboration as a default configuration: an executor model drives forward progress while a reviewer from a different model family is recommended to critique intermediate artifacts and request revisions. Signals: Trajectory Sampling and Triage for Agentic Interactions

Agentic applications based on large language models increasingly rely on multi-step interaction loops involving planning, action execution, and environment feedback. While such systems are now deployed at scale, improving them post-deployment remains challenging. Agent trajectories are voluminous and non-deterministic, and reviewing each one, whether through human review or auxiliary LLMs, is slow and cost-prohibitive. We propose a lightweight, signal-based framework for triaging agentic interaction trajectories. Our approach computes cheap, broadly applicable signals from live interactions and attaches them as structured attributes for trajectory triage, identifying interactions likely to be informative without affecting online agent behavior. We organize signals into a coarse-grained taxonomy spanning interaction (misalignment, stagnation, disengagement, satisfaction), execution (failure, loop), and environment (exhaustion), designed for computation without model calls. GenericAgent: A Token-Efficient Self-Evolving LLM Agent via Contextual Information Density Maximization (V1.0)

Long-horizon large language model (LLM) agents are fundamentally limited by context. As interactions become longer, tool descriptions, retrieved memories, and raw environmental feedback accumulate and push out the information needed for decision-making. At the same time, useful experience gained from tasks is often lost across episodes. We argue that long-horizon performance is determined not by context length, but by how much decision-relevant information is maintained within a finite context budget. We present GenericAgent (GA), a general-purpose, self-evolving LLM agent system built around a single principle: context information density maximization. GA implements this through four closely connected components: a minimal atomic tool set that keeps the interface simple, a hierarchical on-demand memory that only shows a small high-level view by default, a self-evolution mechanism that turns verified past trajectories into reusable SOPs and executable code, and a context truncation and

Raven: 조합형 에이전트 지능을 위한 통합 프레임워크

As large language models advance, AI agents are moving beyond isolated, domain-specific tasks toward long-horizon, cross-domain workflows. This transition exposes two challenges: increasing harness complexity makes manual design difficult to scale, while tighter coupling to specific domains limits the generality of a single harness. The central question thus shifts from how to engineer a stronger harness for one domain to how to autonomously construct specialized harnesses, improve them through experience, and orchestrate them across domains. We introduce Raven, The Harness of Harnesses, an open-source multi-agent ecosystem that automatically constructs and evolves modular harnesses for specific models and domains, treating each executable model--harness pair as a composable unit of intelligence. To support an All-Domain Collaboration Network, its Host Agent decomposes goals, matches subtasks to specialized agents, coordinates execution dependencies, and integrates results, while a hos

LimiX-2, 범용 구조화 데이터 지능을 위한 컨텍스트 메커니즘 네트워크

We introduce LimiX-2, a new model in the LimiX family, developed through model and data scaling guided by our previously established scaling laws. LimiX-2 adopts the Contextual Mechanism Networks (CMNs) paradigm and is pretrained with Context-Conditional Masked Modeling (CCMM). CMNs shifts the organizing principle of in-context learning from target-centric prediction to mechanism-oriented joint modeling. Rather than centering the network on the p(y mid x, D_{context}) objective of conventional tabular PFNs, it is designed around learning p(x, y mid D_{context}), a context-dependent representation of the joint structure underlying data generation. Pretraining uses synthetic datasets generated by structural causal models (SCMs) spanning diverse graph structures, functional mechanisms, and observation processes. Evaluations on TabArena, TALENT, and BCCO show that LimiX-2 outperforms current dataset-specific models and tabular foundation models. Beyond predictive performance, the CMN parad

데이터 스케일링을 넘어: Vision-Language-Action 모델을 위한 표현 중심 지속 사전학습

Scaling robot data is crucial for building generalist Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, yet robot trajectories are harder to scale than web-scale image-text data because embodied collection is costly and sparsely covers the physical world. This makes representation quality a central bottleneck: under a fixed robot-data budget, continued pre-training must turn limited trajectories into transferable visual-action knowledge rather than merely fit actions. We propose VLAct, a VLA-oriented VLM backbone trained on broad, heterogeneous, multi-embodiment robot data before task-specific fine-tuning. VLAct preserves the broad VLM prior and encourages shared action semantics across embodiments through VLM-prior preservation, multi-head continuous action co-supervision, and a partially unified cross-embodiment action layout, while allowing task-specific action heads during fine-tuning. Across simulation, real-world, and unseen-embodiment transfer, VLAct consistently improves downstream performa

RealtimeWAM: 비동기 월드 액션 모델을 한 단계로 처리

World Action Models (WAMs) incorporate visual representations from video generation backbones to guide action prediction. Recent efficient WAMs adopt Mixture-of-Transformers (MoT) architectures and compute video representations once for reuse by the action expert. However, intra-expert iteration (\ie, multi-step action denoising) and inter-expert waiting (\ie, sequential execution of the video and action experts) still limit inference efficiency. To this end, we present RealtimeWAM, an extremely efficient WAM variant with one-step action generation and asynchronous inference, addressing these two bottlenecks. To reduce intra-expert iteration, we propose Teacher-Anchored Consistency Distillation (TACD) to address a local-global error gap: low local consistency error alone does not guarantee accurate final actions. TACD supplements local consistency with explicit supervision from the frozen teacher's multi-step rollout endpoint, enabling accurate one-step action generation. Additionally,

Tabular machine learning typically relies on per-dataset workflows, fitting tree ensembles or running AutoML searches from scratch for every task. We present TabFM, a 400M-parameter tabular foundation model that formulates supervised tabular prediction as in-context learning. TabFM produces calibrated zero-shot predictions in a single forward pass without task-specific tuning. Trained entirely on synthetic tables generated from structural causal models, TabFM learns general tabular representations that transfer zero-shot to real-world tasks. Across all 51 benchmark datasets in TabArena (38 classification and 13 regression), zero-shot TabFM ranks first among default tabular foundation models and outperforms tuned AutoML pipelines. Two extensions over the same frozen weights improve performance further on both tracks: multi-view feature expansion with ensembling and post-hoc calibration (TabFM+), and LLM-guided, dataset-specific data processing and feature engineering (TabFM-Auto).

Long-WAM: World-Action Model의 컨텍스트 확장

Real-time robot control demands enough visual history to infer motion and task progress, but processing that history can delay action. We present Long-WAM, a model-system framework for scaling the context of causal world-action models under real-time control constraints. Our central finding is that access to history is not the same as using it: longer histories pay off far more when the video foundation is pretrained autoregressively (AR). We first learn causal prediction from robot and egocentric videos without action labels, then preserve this history-to-future structure during world-action adaptation. On RoboCasa GR-1, increasing context from 0.0 to 19.2 seconds raises success from 63.3% to 78.7%, whereas a bidirectionally pretrained initialization shows no net gain; robot-domain AR pretraining further raises peak success on GR-1 and LIBERO-Long. Long-WAM also achieves the best results among compared methods on LIBERO-Long, RoboTwin 2.0, and DOMINO. Streaming observation encoding, a

Vision-language-action (VLA) models have become a dominant paradigm for generalist embodied agents, demonstrating strong complex and long-horizon task completion in structured settings. Yet it remains an open question whether current VLA systems can benefit from more effective architectural design, scale to substantially larger and more heterogeneous data regimes, and achieve broader generalization across tasks and embodiments. To this end, we present GigaBrain-0.7, an embodied foundation model with substantially improved generalization across diverse robot embodiments. Specifically, GigaBrain-0.7 unifies understanding, prediction, and action through a three-system architecture, scales pretraining to over 37,000 hours of heterogeneous embodied data, and introduces one-stage alignment training that jointly optimizes vision-language understanding and multi-embodiment action generation. RAGEN-2: Reasoning Collapse in Agentic RL

RL training of multi-turn LLM agents is inherently unstable, and reasoning quality directly determines task performance. Entropy is widely used to track reasoning stability. However, entropy only measures diversity within the same input, and cannot tell whether reasoning actually responds to different inputs. In RAGEN-2, we find that even with stable entropy, models can rely on fixed templates that look diverse but are input-agnostic. We call this template collapse, a failure mode invisible to entropy and all existing metrics. To diagnose this failure, we decompose reasoning quality into within-input diversity (Entropy) and cross-input distinguishability (Mutual Information, MI), and introduce a family of mutual information proxies for online diagnosis. Across diverse tasks, mutual information correlates with final performance much more strongly than entropy, making it a more reliable proxy for reasoning quality. We further explain template collapse with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) m

Unlimited OCR, 제대로 통한다

Recently, end-to-end OCR models, exemplified by DeepSeek OCR, have once again thrust OCR into the spotlight. A widely held view is that employing a large language model (LLM) as the decoder allows the model to leverage the prior distribution of language, leading to improved OCR performance. However, the downside is equally evident: as the output sequence lengthens, the accumulated KV cache drives up memory consumption and progressively slows down generation. This stands in stark contrast to humans, who exhibit no such decline in efficiency during long-horizon copying tasks. In this technical report, we propose Unlimited OCR, a model designed to emulate human parsing working memory. Taking DeepSeek OCR as the baseline, we replace all attention layers in the decoder with our proposed Reference Sliding Window Attention (R-SWA), which reduces attention computation costs while maintaining a constant KV cache throughout the entire decoding process. To address this, we introduce SPEED-Bench, a comprehensive suite designed to standardize SD evaluation across diverse semantic domains and realistic serving regimes. Based on this formulation, we develop an automated pipeline for constructing routing supervision and evaluating routers jointly on response quality and inference cost. Agentic reinforcement learning (RL) disaggregates training from rollout, so each policy update must reach the rollout clusters before the next batch. Transferring a full 1T checkpoint for such weight synchronization (refit) takes 87.5 min between two AWS regions. Measurements of BF16 training show that about 1% of weights change their stored values per step. Recent systems exploit this sparsity but fall short on placement, exactness, or efficiency: they reimplement placement rules, assemble full tensors, rebuild values arithmetically, or use a cross-cluster collective, and none fully recovers from mid-refit failures. We present NeMo-DCR (Delta-Compressed Refit), which sends only changes yet is bit-exact: receivers obtain the same parameter and buffer bits as a dense refit. 메모리 월의 또 다른 절반: 학습된 라우팅 예측으로 SSD에서 35B MoE 서빙

Mixture-of-experts (MoE) inference on consumer hardware is bounded by weight memory: a 35B-class model is 19.5GB at 4-bit, and sparsity shrinks the compute per token, not the bytes that must be held. Naive offloading to SSD does not help on its own, because layer N+1's experts must be chosen before layer N's output exists, so the reads cannot start early enough to hide behind compute. We present Edge0, a streaming MoE inference engine that closes the gap with a prerouter: a per-layer head predicts the next layer's routing one token ahead, and the prediction is consumed as the routing itself, so the staged expert set equals the routed set and nothing is dropped. An unmerged recovery LoRA, trained on the student path, pays back the quality lost to int4 quantization and routing replacement.
